An emergency is defined as a fire, flood, sewer back up, major security concern or loss of essential services. Please do not use the emergency line for maintenance items or if you are locked out of your Unit.
If you are witnessing a criminal offence and/or are concerned for your safety please contact the RCMP.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We are closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
